Seabird Tourists — cancelled the ticket after misbehaving with customerReport

I have booked the seabird vacationer transport from Bangalore to Hubli on fifteenth Feb 2019 and my pickup was from Marathalli and in the prior night 2.5 hours sceduled pickup they sent a SMS saying pickup van won’t be sent and you need to come to Anandrao hover for boarding the transport. When I called their client care they are carelessly and battled with me and dropped the ticket without advising me.
When I achieved the loading up point Anandrao hover at 11.15pm to load up the transport that time they are telling your ticket has been as of now dropped and I was stuck amidst the night with my significant other with no transport. It would be ideal if you make strict move against them to carry on appropriately with clients and this isn’t first time this happened…this happened ordinarily.
