I booked two europe tours with sotc.in for this summer 2019.
Paid advance for each tour.
Additionally i paid insurance in the event of cancellation full advance will be refunded.

Suddenly my father health worsened with diabetes.in may 2019, another follow check up will be there following which insulin injections may be prescribed. Cannot travel in such situation.

Submitted the blood test results indicating high sugar level content. Also submitted the diabetes medicines prescribed to him by central govt doctor. These were the documents requested by them when i informed them my situation and requested for cancellation

Manager last reply on march 13 that his team will get back to me asap. No replies to my mails since then. Even when i escalated and reported to his higher level.

What to do?
