I made a payment of rs 2024 on 4 march 2019 for the subscription. But the amount is debited from my account two times.

Till now the amount is not refunded back.

They are saying that the payment gateway will be responsible for the matters of this kind.

My icici bank is also not taking any action on the same.

Now my amount is stuck in the middle of nowhere and nobody is helping me out.
