I have purchased a plot (Plot no 301 phase 4) at pandarpur and had the agreement done by temple rose real estate. The agents of temple rose branch at mg road pune, would always say that the na is in progress and would get the plotting done in 6 months and was not taking the cancellation too.

We have heard the fraud done by the temple rose real estate.

Let me know how can i get my amount paid.
