I had paid for the 3 months plan for using tikona broadband services. After using for 15 days I shifted to a new location. There, tikona service was not available so I was told that I will get a refund for 2 months. But they are cheating and calculated my refund amount of Only Rs 392. I had paid Rs 1380 for 3 months. So I should get at least Rs 920 refund amount.
