Tikona — disconnection services not renderedReport

I have given relocation request at tikona since I was moving to a different state I enquired multiple times by calling tikona customer care if there’s any formality left before I leave the city. They assured me they dont need anything else just take the router with you that’s all they said. Since tikona cant provide me services at my new residence I asked them to disconnect the internet. Today I received a call by agent and they asked me to handover the cable and some device that’s installed at old residence rooftop. He gave me a number of engineer and told me if I won’t call him I will be charged rs 1500 for not surrendering the cable. The contact no of engineer was switched off as well. How can I visit my old location which is in different state that’s the fault of tikona customer care. Why am I supposed to pay anything for their fault? What if engineer visits the place collects cable and later on submits a nil report and I have to pay rs 1500 ? I expect them to own up their mistake and send an engineer to collect it from my old residence and apologise for the way they treated me
