I had booked Goa trip in Travellers Gateway, Delhi. Agent name Rajmehta ([protected]). Raj mehta takes Rs 12000/- for train Ticket booking & Rs 15000 for Cab & Hotel at Goa. After taking advance they did’t provide Ticket & execuse that due to holiday our office closed & your ticket cannot be booked. I ask for refund but they told that hotel booking confirmed and vcan be refunded. You book train ticket from your side. Your amount of Rs 12000 for ticket will be refunded in 2 days. So i book tickets by paying extra tatkal amounts. When i reached goa, they donot provide cab & fooding as promised. When I call to Raj mehta, they first told me, “I will provide please wait”, But after 6 hours waiting they told we cannot proved Cab. You have to arrage Cab and fooding. Your amount will be refund after 21 days as company rule . They are totally fraud. How i can refund my amount. Please take action. I Lost total Rs 45000/- due to travellers Gateway.
