Travel Guru — amount debited from my account

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I have booked a room for 2 Adults and one child below 12 years, in Anu Anant Lodge at sangli from 17th May 2019 to 23rd May 2019, @800/- per day amount to Rs.4800/- plus taxes minus discount of Rs.1000/- Which amounts to Rs.4027/- I paid the money through Debit Card, on 18th Feb 2019 at 14.01 Hours but no SMS or Mail received by me uptill now. I called the Hotel Owner but he says he is not attached with Travel Guru. I tried to contact Travel Guru on all their numbers, but to no avail. Pl see that if my booking is not valid please refund my Amount.

Magnificent goods from you, man. I have understand your stuff previous to and you are just too excellent. I really like what you have acquired here, really like what you’re saying and the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still take care of to keep it smart.
