Travel Triangle Agent – View Holiday Trip — agent denying hotel which was committed in itinerary earlierReport

This is with reference to our forthcoming travel (6d/5n) to dubai with booking id 3171628 from travel triangle. We booked the trip on 08th sep’18
While the booking/itinerary process was great from the agent you tied up with us. We have paid installments totaling to 400000/- out of 698500/-. Yesterday (20th nov’18) mr dinesh and mr shrey (View holiday trip) called me to communicate their inability to go ahead with our booking in hotel committed by them earlier. Just to reiterate, they gave us confirmation of hotel booking with vouchers of said dates (27 dec’18 – 1 jan’19) from radisson blu hotel, dubai media city. Much to our surprise, they told me that hotel has cancelled the booking now. What? How on earth can a hotel cancel a confirmed booking after two months? We are scheduled to travel next month.
Your agent, mr dinesh also proposed us to go for other hotels and asked for additional money. He asked if we can stay in two hotels dividing our itinerary. He also challenged us to write to customer care and that he will defend himself as its not his fault why will a person compromise for the sheer mistake of agent. We had a view that all agents on your website go through due diligence before being registered but sheer lack of professionalism from view holiday trip is evident here.

I request you to direct the agent to go ahead with the same itinerary and hotel. Or else throw away such agent from your portal and refund our money asap.
