I booked dry cleaning service through urban clap. And they spoilmy garment during the same. Its been almost 2 months since then. I have already made so many calls to the customer care, but all in vain. No action has been taken yet. All they say is we are working on the same. While booking they show that our garments are insured. I dont know what is that for when they cant do anything for my spoilt garment. Highly disappointed ??!!!
