I have applied for issue of duplicate pan card online though van technologies. Chennai. i came to know that this agency is not authorised by the govt of india for making pan card. They acts as a broker only.

I have transferred rs. 449 on 26/04/2018 though online icici bank transaction to paytm mobile solution.

Please arrange to help me in getting refund of the the amount.
