I have joined the membership in 2017 for 5 years. I had paid Rs. 75, 000. I was told to take a sample booking to test the holidays. I booked one at Hyderabad for 3 days. I was very happy as the booking was done at Hotel Eela at Hyderabad. I then asked to help me in encashing the free gift of one week which they extended since i had other urgent errands. I was given extension till March 2019 to use them. I booked on Jan 28 for Mahabaleshwar for 4 days. I did not get any response. I phoned the no. provided to us and spoke to one Mr. Manoj Pillai. Whe i enquired about Ms. Divya he told that she has been transferred to another location and that he will take care of my requirement. I reminded after 5 days that there is no reply still from the company. Later when i got Manoj on the line, by mistake he must have picked up the phone, and he said he will reply the next day. However no reply as usual. After this day there is no reply to the phone and the mails are also returning. I hope somebody takes the person responsible to task and help in getting the amounts paid back to them. I am a senior citizen and was not getting holidays when desired. I have since retired hoping to enjoy holidays at will, this thing happend. I would like you to help me in getting my money back and also to book the culprits.
