I ordered food in the evening yesterday and paid online. Then due to some emergency I had to leave home so I decided to cancel and when Zomato said there will be no refund, I opted for no, don’t nt cancel but to my surprise they cancelled my order and kept my money!!! That very second I asked for Zomato support. These people are practically useless. They asked me to write to orders@zomato which I did. They refused to help me and haven’t been responding to my mails ever since! It’s such a disappointment! Though the amount was 90 bucks but even that amount means a lot of an average middle class individual. It’s so wrong to dupe people and Zomato is an expert at duping people ! Please help me!!!
