Zomato — order rejected after 45 minsReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
We ordered through Zomato on 23rd Feb, around 8 pm… ( 2 biriyanis from Swadisht aahar at btm layout Bangalore ).
The order got rejected after 45 mins. Before this when we contacted the hotel they said the order is been dispatched for delivery.
No one from Zomato even bothered to contact us and tell us about the reason for rejection whereas the hotel manager himself confirmed the dispatch.
Later when we spoke to the hotel manager, he said may be the dispatch boy from Zomato may come back to hotel. And also he said to us to try and give fresh order again.
We had to forcibly cook at post 9.30 pm and it was almost 11 when we completed our dinner.
This kind of hardship is never expected, highly disappointed.
