Zookr.in refund not given for my robot smartphone

I have ordered the robot smartphone. I even have received an item: Mon, Sep 24, 2018. From day one, I’m attempting to come back & get my a refund. Since I even have seen the item, it’s the faux one. I. E. it’s non-functional china phone. The phone is simply operating with on/off, however, sim card not operating. Also, memory card choices not out there. I even have asked persistently through client care team for my cashback/ come back, they asked photos & videos of phone and charging. After that, they told continually, “back-end team is functioning on it”. however 2 months over.. Still, they’re told, backend team is functioning on that. I know, best layers from my finish to seek out an answer for this issue. Please provide the address of this company.
