Aeon Connect Travels — Very bad service and support of Aeon connect travel and arrogant bus driverReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I booked from Hyderabad to Bangalore through goibio for Aeon connect travels. My boarding point was miyapur(near more super market). I reached at that place at the exact time. Just that as i was gone to Hyderabad for the first time, i was not knowing the exact place where the bus will come. I told driver that i am at more supermarket. But he was continuously bluffing and i got confused about what is he saying. There were 2 more markets nearby. But he was not talking clearly. He was no ready to listen.Then i asked auto driver to talk to him as he was the same locality may be he can understand. But auto driver told the location he here-only. I was at the correct place. Just that i have to walk for 4-5 min to reach the bus. I asked the bus driver to do wait for 4 minutes. But he did not listen an departed. He told that come to the next boarding point. About which auto driver told it will cost 350 rs. What the hell is service of this Aeon connect travels. No support to customer. Even i was at the perfect time. And he was not getting so late due to me. When i booked ticket, i received a call and he asked me to stand near more super market, i did so. Then if bus is 3 4 minute walking distance away, what is my fault in that. This is totally intolerable and shameful.
It is building very bad customer impression. What about my money paid for that. It is your fault. Refund my full amount.
