Airtel DTH – Balance deducted but channels are not working Open

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
i have recharged my airtel dth no. 3015857951 of 360 rs. on 01/02/2019 and i have choose online new plan of 358 rent per month but from last 5 days i m not able to watch many channels and airtel custmore care executive not give me proper answer and some time they are not picking my calls ,so please do the needful
