Airtel DTH Not starting new plan (selection of new channels) by airtel dth OpenReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
Since new dth policy has come into effect whereby a consumer can choose any channel of his choice and pay for the same only, but the airtel dth using all means to make this govt big move a failure. I have selected a few channels which only i wish to watch. As per their instructions after selection of channels i have sent the “scan of Bar code” and a revert confirmation message also received on my registered mobile number (7574850717). But till date my plan is not activated. The customer care executives are making false promises to get it start in few hours or by next day. But all in vain. This is a big fraud against public policy and grave contempt of central government. I would like to request you to start my selective channels as per my selection .
