We had planned a big family trip with them and had paid total amount for the package as told by them. A day before a trip they demanded some more amount of money which was not at all worth, we had demanded our refund immediately after knowing their greediness. At that time they fought with us over mail and calls saying it is against our policy to issue refund within 90 days from the cancellation (As per their fraud and foolish policy) because their policy is not at all for the customers.
