I have ordered a redmi note 3 on 10th Dec 2016 through amazon The phone was defective and not working properly.I had talked to Customer Care Executive on 21st Jan 2016 regarding refund of my money. He told me that our amazon’s refund department will call you within 1 day and they will refund your money and you need to download an app smartcheck and your mobile will be checked. I have downloaded smart check resulting camera is defective. I did not get any call from Amazon .After 24 hours, i called them and they told me that we dont provide refund.We can only provide replacement. They changed their statement resulting cheating customers.I am requesting to them to remove call recording for 21st Dec 2016 to have conversation with Mr. Shubham but they are denying that we cant provide call details  while they state that your call may be recorded for specified purposes.Please help me its an humble request.
