My father has Andhra Bank Account, his account number [protected]. When we tried to with draw money for the First tme(Rs.10000/-), on 31/7/2017 money was not dispensed but later got a message that the money was debited in account. Then we have done a few transactions, there was no issue. But on 31/07/2017 we have withdrawn Rs.14000/- (10000+4000) from Vijaya bank ATM, Takkellapadu and we got a message saying Rs. 24000/- is debited.

When went to the bank To check balance got to know that Rs.24000/- was deducted from account instead of 14000. How can this be possible?…
