Sir, the processing fee @ 6.5% seems to be high. Same is not mentioned in bussan auto finance site.In addition to that loan shield charges rs 972 and ecs charges rs 550. All the above charges may be categorically mentioned in the company’s web page. Regulatory of the above charges may be obtained from rbi and to be displayed on company’s web page. Also customer care of baf india intimated that professing fee is@3.5%. And roi is 12%. Same needs to be clarified complaints . Regards

I have purchased Yamaha FZ bike on Associate in Nursing car loan from (Patny Motors Begumpet) Bussan machine Finance. I requested them to gift my cheques to HDFC bank since the day I started paying my EMIs. They asked Maine to induce the ECS from HDFC bank. I gave them ECS thrice however they’re still presenting the cheques in my recent account (ICICI Bank). i’m loosing my credibleness in conjunction with cash towards bounce charges. Started loosing the patience too.
I spoke to each potential person in Hyderabad from assortment|the gathering} agents to mister Farroq Basha head of machine loans collection. when I spoke they requested for a ECS and secure solve the matter. Beleiving themI gave themthe ECS thrice.
