Drivezy — fuel refund not doneReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I had booked a car with fuel inclusive option for 400 kms. But i was given a vehicle with no fuel and i had to fill it with 1500/- at the start of the trip followed by another refueling of 500/- at the end of the trip.
I only got a debit card receipt for the 1500/- refueling i did during the beginning of the trip. However i have not received any refund confirmation for that.
The drivezy person i handed over the receipt to said they don’t accept debit card slips as valid receipts.
This is not acceptable. First of all i should have been given a car filled with the necessary fuel as i have paid for it during the booking.
Now i am ending up paying for the fuel. Not acceptable.
