had purchased these sandals from Clarks in December from inorbit mall. However I removed them for use just yesterday ie. 2oth Feb. After wearing them and stepping out I realized that the size is incorrect, the right sandal size is larger than the left one.

However, I had thrown the bill when they were unpacked, and have worn it for a day, as was in the hurry to go to office and realized the size issue only then.

Please advise if the company will replace now. the purchase was done in good faith, we do not always check if the packed size is incorrect.
