I book this ticket becoz of baggage allowance is Check-in: 40 KG, and Cabin: 7 KG now jet airways is saying only check in is : 30 KG, and Cabin: 7 KG.

jet airways is saying cleartrip is responsible for this issue and your call center agents are not supporting me is this your service ?

this is cheating how can you cheat like this to customer you have to check my ticket as per attachment and check with jet airways and resolved this problem as soon as possible other wise i have to file a complain against you to my near police station.
