As credit mantri offered free credit scores, i check for the scores. So, i entered my information to check the cibil score. Then onwards, i have been receiving calls and sms from credit mantri to pay and clear outstanding to increase the cibil score, in fact i had no outstanding to any card company. I repeatedly asked for details of the dues as mentioned in the cibil score report for which i paid fee to cibil and i also raised a grievance with cibil about the “written off” dues by the so-called card company… Phoenix arc. Meanwhile the credit mantri started demanding utp fee and start the process to resolve the problem. I am unable to remove my information or accounts mail ids and all my phone numbers at credit mantri records. This became a harassment. Creditmantri. Kindly help. Me to get rid of the witch hunting.
