I had purchased a dr acquaguard magna ho ro+uv (next)water purifier in the month Nov 2018. But they have given me the bill of different product that is only of ho uv which is cost less.less . We came to know this in feb 2019 when we had a problem in the machine called to service dept but the did not respond due to mismatch in bill. We contacted the Company person to issue the correct bill but they are not responding correctly.
