I have placed an order for women shape wear but I have cancelled the product order yesterday and I have received a message that the shipment was cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 2 hours but the product was delivered to my security guard yesterday without even calling me so today(30/01/2019) i did an online chat with 2 agents who are Not helpful so spoke to an agent who is just repeating himself that the product is non returnable so he escalated the chat to aditya who was very rude and had told me the product is non returnable and asked me to raise a complaint about this
