Flipkart declining to deliver in keeping with address

Dear Sir,
I have ordered Fuhrende Flip protect OPPO modern three R831K (Black) from flipkart. nowadays a deliveryman contact no declared that he won’t deliver my product at my address as a result of it’s not in to his delivery space.
This issue is occurring from last vi months.
If you’ll be able to not deliver the merchandise at the address then do not charge delivery charge.
This is a transparent fraud case.
