I had booked trip to Kerala for 4 nights and 5 days. However due to personal emergency I had to cancel the trip before 3 days and I was assured refund of complete amount. It’s been more than 1 year they have not refunded my money and all my calls going unanswered. I have lost 13000 INR and looking to file police complaint against these ppl.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAYS THROUGH PUTHEDAN HOLIDAYS. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. DO NOT HESITATE TO FILE POLICE COMPLAINT AND COURT CASE OF THESE PPL.
