After which we have buyed a water storage carboy of 2000 l kept 2 ft away from surface tank. We asked him will you help us to connect hose from carboy on top to drain the water below surface tank. He agreed and gave us list of few asseccories and connectors required for connecting. Same we spent 1471 and gave him a call to – do the job. He came and inspected then he says drain the water from carboy to connect. He had no motor we borrowed from neigbour (Mr. Sundar sir). Front of him he promised to do the job. We called and he promised on 19/12/2018 @930 hrs he will do the job. Didnot turn up. Whats the difference between a lay plumber & professional plumbing services company when u do not keep your commitments. Very very poor response and feedback.
