Goair — very cheap service. don’t travel with goairReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I had called to customer service on 22 Feb 2019 at 6:25 AM for some help but the guy was picked my call and said “good morning” and kept the phone on his desk and nothing reply, I was able to hear the background voice. I was waited for 5-7 mins and cut the call.
They are charging money for all seats during web check-in. and the website is very poor UI. once you checked in, there is no option for changing seat and other options as well.
This is first flight but with GoAir, I don’t know how will be the flying experience.
