I had purchased one vacation of seven days from nice holidays from saket mall in Jan 2019. that point they not shared all the terms & conditions, same day in evening i browse all the tnc and asked to refund via mail, in Jan month they aforementioned that it’ll be sale in Apr you have got to attend until Apr. currently i’m career and that they replied we tend to aren’t accountable for that.

I am conjointly a member of this company ” nice holidays club” they solely build the faux guarantees to the client once they do not choose any decision, and once we would like to arrange any trip through their company they raise North American nation annual charges that’s another 7000 rupees. In Gregorian calendar month 2017 i took the membership from their company subsequently until December 2018 haven’t used any services from this company, once I decision in January 2019 to book a visit to province they asked for the 2 years annual charges, subsequently solely they may book any travel on behalf of me.
since t the time of be part of this membership no info of the annual charges had given… currently i actually wish my a refund… please facilitate (if there’s any relevant official or person) is reading this post… or what’s the method to cancel the membership if there’s any quantity we have a tendency to might get refund against it???
