They set-aside my tickets to Bali through melindo air. after I reached flying field i found within the price tag that they had my flight with air aisa that|that} i needed a transit visa which i used to be ne’er informed  abt by my agent, it had been his basic duty. so as to compensate that I had to melindo air fifty, 000 further to book my flight with them from KL to Bali. If their was allready a flight offered from identical airlines then why was it not set-aside. why air Asia came to image out of currently wherever. On high of that if that was the case why i used to be not informed  earlier that i might need a transit visa. because it was mentioned obscurity in my price tag. I felt cheated and humiliated, whereas they told Maine that sir you’ll pay currently and that we can refund urban center cash. however currently they’re not able to do therefore. i’ll take this up to shopper court and file a defamation case relating to this.
