Hathway Cable Network – Cable operator charging more than proposed amount

Cable operator is asking for additional 60rs/month as maintenance charges which is totally against the new rule set by TRAI. My cable operator asked me to choose a package of either 350 or 450/Month. When I refused to do the same and said I want a normal package of 130/month + star plus package of 49/Month & Sony for 31/Month with additional GST applicable, he agreed for the same but asked for additional 60rs every month as his maintenance fees. This is totally against the law.

These isp providers are not trust worthy i was using you broad band internet and i use to complain daily
