I had recieved the recharging of the above arrangement with 10000 and odd sum for which I had approved to charge vide my card in Royal Sundaram remove slip and sent it vide thier Business answer envelope on second April.

1,Today the fourth April 2012 I get a sms which expresses that my top notch sum has been climbed to Rs11112/because of climb in administration charges

2, I called Royal Sundaram Customer administration number [protected] and addressed Ms Mary at 1.11pm clarifying the abovementioned and adviced her to upgrade the sum and charge the card.

3, She took a stab at interfacing the concerned dept and concerned dept has answered through Mary that they will return to me by 24 hrs.

This is totally regrettable administrations

4,Further I attempted calling[protected] which is a corporate office at 1.21 pm Nobody considerations to lift the telephone.

I lament that why I have made this floater strategy to me and my better half, to add to my trouble I have done similiar therapeutic protection to my little girl and child

I feel pitiful for having committed this error.

Would you be able to individuals react

It is dreary and miserable that I have effectively paid premiums for most recent 4 years without an update.
