Ikya Human Capital Solution Ltd — PF cut from salary & not submit in my PF account

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
my PF balance sheet shows that I recieved from IKYA shows that no PF is submitted to my PF account in July 2013.In July 2013 I worked for complete month & my PF is also taken from my salary.As a proof I am sending my Pay-slip & my PF balance sheet.
