Independent Tv – Instalation Not DoneReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
Hi, My name is Harpalsinh Rathod and I ordered for Independent TV on 26.12.2018 and paid the amount in full (1999/-). I got the message, the connection will be installed within 15 working days but till date, it has not been installed. I called several times to customer care on 18002009001 and every time customer care executive says to wait 7 days but still installation not done yet till date on 05-02-2019 and when I have says to cancel this so he says to send email to email@example.com for cancellation and I have already sent mail on 15th Jan 2019 but still no revert and I will not get back my money so please help me what should i do?
