I purchased a cake and a card worth rupees 1059 through the online website on November 15 2018.

It was supposed to be delivered on November 16 2018.

They did not deliver it because of some technical issue or coordination problem even though I waited till night for the delivery to happen.

Later they assured me that they will give me a refund.

I even send them mail regarding the same. The details are given below.

Due amount – 1059.

Now when ever iam calling them they are playing around and not issuing my refund.

Its been almost three months.

Iam really disappointed.
