not allowing return and no refund

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
Ordered a product order at 11.00pm last night and wanted to cancel it in the morning at 10.00am …they are not allowing any cancellation and give no refund…if the product is shipped they it is still understood…not even 24 hours and they are not allowing this …the customer is not to change mind…need help pl…this is a complete money making site…
