Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I have booked a Gas refiling request on 4th january but till now didnt receive and 25 days has already been passed.my details are as follow: Ref- 733835 and i have also paid the amount online.the Gas Agency name and details are :- Cuttack Indane Gas, Satichoura Road, Mohanty Pada, Kalfa Bazar, Cuttack-753008
My personal details are as follows:
Name-Pradipta Kumar Mohanty ,Consumer No- CG- 11405,Ref- 733835, Qr. No- E2/11, Revene Coluny,Gorakabar, Tulasipur, Cuttack- 753008
