I returned a shirt to Jabong.

But Jabong declined my return.

I called them more than 20 times and mailed them a lot more. Everytime I call they ask for more time but they don’t do anything. The return was picked up by “Hurthick Sai store ADM STR”, his Jabong ID, I guess. The local delivery and pickup representative of Jabong claims that Hurthick has stopped coming to work and has the shirt with him

This is atrocious because how can I be responsible for a mistake their guy did?

They still haven’t refunded my amount
