My wife she got hopitalized in Aug. 2010 and We are covered under corporate medicliam policy from my employer.
At the time of admission to Jupiter Hospital , Thane , I deposited Rs. 5000 and they told me they are holding Rs 3000 and will relese the payment after getting payment from Insurance.
Every week I am following with them from last 8 months and just last month they came to know that cheque was released by insurance company.
I am following with them but they are saying we will get refund only after getting payment cheque.
Because of their mistake that there person could not keep track of cheque received , I am suffering.
