Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I had paid the electricity bill for amount 24666 from Bhim app with reference number 901511636877 on 15 Jan 2019 with ticket no 580056. This amount was debited from my account but not credited in jvvnl account. I had raised a dispute on 25 Jan 2019 and was informed to get this resolved by 1 Feb 2019. Kindly get this amount credited back to my account.
