Likizo Services refund of cash

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
I have availed there service paying 70000rs on 14 July 2018.
They secure to avail building services and additionally spa membership for three years.
I asked for spa membership however they need not provided the service and are not refunding my a refund.
It’s been nearly ten months however they’re not attending the decision nor do they offer reply on mail.
