I am a meghbela digital customer. As per the new dth rule i visit there office to select my pack. I told them about my choice in channels. I selected 10 paid channels and i told them to remove 10 fta channels and to add those 10 pay channels in the position of 10 fta channels for not to paid the additional ncf of rs. 20. But they said that we can’t do that. You have to pay the additional ncf. I told them this the rule by trai. They said we know that but you have to pay the additional ncf. So they are not following the rules. Please solve this asap because they also removed all channels so i have select my pack of channels asap.
