Netplus Broadband — I’m complaining about the service and staff behaviour provided by netplusReport
Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .
First of all customer care service which is provided by netplus is very bad and they don’t even have enough knowledge to solve any queries. I have been contacting since 20 days to solve the problem with my modem. For 2 weeks there is no response from netplus nor from local operators.
Finally i found the local branch office of netplus and approached them for help. Shockingly they were saying that they didn’t get any complaint request from netplus. I was like about to slap him because the way he responded was like get lost and also he said that i’m not here solve your problem. He also said to close the connection. Even now my problem has not been solved. Operators were very rude and behaving like they are some kind of stone men.
