I applied via money tap app for loan.

Got a credit card from rbl and was advised that we can perform money transfer via app..

Bank charged initial card activation charge and i had also paid that too..

2months already gone but still app showing an error message that i will receive my card in 2 days..

They don’t need to run a bank to get these charges from customers without service.

I was liaising with rbl for 2 months but still couldn’t close my card.. Looks like they wanted to loot annual fees for an unused card
