Respected sir, Myself Jibanbandhu Das r/o Jajpur, Odisha, I was on a family tour to GOA on 21/10/2018 a guy approached us, (my wife and myself) with a scratch card of Nirmiti resorts and club holidays near Aguada Fort, Goa. We were both given a scratch card each wherein one of them would be picked as a lucky winner. A pure form of fishing intended to create interest. We were then invited to visit their resort hotel to collect the prize won in the scratch card.We were then asked to sit through the presentation of Nirmiti so that the guy who gave us the scratch card would get some incentive at work. The representatives of nirmiti resorts and clubs 1) mr. Rahul Yadav 2) Jessy Lucas explained me about their holiday plan. But the plans they explained were not written in the agreement papers given to me by them after making payment of Rs. 41000 on 21/10/2018. This company play loud music in background may be because they don’t want their customers to listen to them properly or may be it helps in miscommunication. They made so pressurized and didn’t gave us time to read the agreement paper.
After returning to my home I went through the agreement paper in details and also search their website and surprisingly I found that all the customer reviews are against them. I have been cheated by them in form of incomplete information and misguiding information.
I have called them immediately on the same day and requested to cancel my membership. Again in the very next day I have visited to them and submit my cancellation application and they received and handed over me a copy and said it will take 7 days and members from Mumbai office will call me regarding conformation of cancellation of my membership . I got a call from Mumbai office on 1st Nov.2018 and assure me to refund my money by deducting the processing fee and asked to submit the complain through mail to email@example.com and gave me another member’s contact no, named Joye, on 2nd Nov’2018 i have submitted my complain through email, but on 3rd Nov, 2018 Mr.Joye called me and argued with me very roughly and refuge to refund my money .
Since then I am trying to make telephonic contact with Jessy Lucas & Rahul Yadav at Goa but they are not picking my calls.
I am requesting again to consider my application and refund my money.
