Regarding my ola ride on 19.08.2019 from JUHU to ANUSHAKTINAGAR at around 19:00 Hrs, the ola has charged me INR 356 but the calculable fare was 299.

During the booking the fare of small was reviewed by me so engaged small supported calculable fare. It may be noted that the calculable fare at the time of booking ola includes the dynamic fare that’s why generally ola small FARES are shown as five hundred INR even for fifteen kms.

After that if  is increasing the fare which means it’s merely cheating and cash creating method by  ola..

When I contacted  client service on 19.08.2019,  place me around quarter-hour on hold , once around 15 minutes client executives enlightened that your  fare was dynamic and inflated throughout your journey.

I must say at this time that however fare will increase once the ride on the same route value me 260 INR on a similar day.  is solely creating cash by cheating customers.
